CATEGORY MANAGER MASS MARKET EUROPE H/FIn todays presence in the mass market channel and send the needs back to the BUs.* Market & Shopper Insights: Leverage shopper insights and market trends to recommend innovative solutions and guide product development, ensuring Groupe SEB stays ahead of shopper expectations.* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Greater Europe teams (Commercial, Specialist, e-Commerce) to ensure alignment and successful category initiatives as well as BUs (CMI).* Animate the best practices in term of category management from different markets to give feedback to the BUs and develop Category Management capabilities across Greater Europe.Bring your skills :* Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration (or related field)* Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, marketing, or related roles in the consumer goods or small household equipment sector* Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making* Expertise in shopper behaviour and mass market trends* Ability to drive change and work transversally* Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and leadership* Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plusLet teleworking per week, vacation bonuses, profit-sharing, 13th month, CSE
