On behalf of a well-known global wholesale company in the retail industry, we are looking for a Business Process Developer – Corporate Pricing and Invoicing.

This is a fixed-term position for one year, starting in November 2024. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and based in Pratteln, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• As a key player in the transition to SAP S/4HANA, you will focus on aligning pricing strategies with corporate objectives and ensuring business readiness throughout the change process.

Training and Support:

• Provide strategic support and training during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycle, ensuring the line organization is prepared and documenting results in SAP Solution Manager.

Testing:

• Oversee end-to-end testing in pre-UAT phases, ensuring pricing processes meet business requirements. Address issues and escalate defects as necessary.

Go-live Support:

• Actively support go-live activities, working with the business during parallel runs and hyper-care phases to ensure a smooth transition.

Design Contribution:

• Collaborate on the design of pricing and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and corporate pricing strategies.

Specification Writing:

• Draft fit-acceptance criteria, address gaps, and create lean specifications for future releases, following agile project methodologies.

Stakeholder Representation:

• Serve as a key contact for business stakeholders, ensuring their interests are well-represented throughout the project.

Change Management:

• Proactively support change management activities to ensure the organization is ready to adopt the new SAP S/4HANA processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in corporate pricing strategy and processes within a multinational organization, ideally in retail or wholesale.
• Senior-level experience with SAP SD, particularly in pricing (condition technique) and/or billing (e-invoicing, archiving).
• Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities, with the ability to train end-users in SAP.
• Proficient in project and change management within an agile framework (Scrum).
• Familiarity with MS Office, SAP Solution Manager, and JIRA is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
