Business Performance Manager

- Calculate the annual pricing models for the existing Business Partners;
- Calculate the annual pricings (with different variations) for new businesses arriving in GCC;
- Communicate to and agree with the Business Partners the annual pricing;
- Prepare the budget, with P&L 3 years’ forecast, for annual PD exercise;
- Compare the actuals costs with the invoicing pricing and calculate the true up amount; Communicate the amount to the BUs stakeholders and Finance and issue the corresponding documents;
- Monitor on a monthly basis the actual costs vs budget;
- Host quarterly review meetings/calls on the actuals vs pricing figures, along with the BUs COOs and the GCC OPS Director;
- Calculate and provide to the Finance Department the FTE invoicing figures accruals on a monthly basis;
- Issue and send the monthly invoices to the customers;
- Insure that the receivables arrive in due time and follow-up on the overdues;
- Cooperate with the Finance Dpt. in calculating and update when needed of the GCC’s cash flow;
- Manage the contractual relationship with the Business Partners; update annually the existing contracts;
- Prepare the contracts and ensure the contracts signature by all the involved parties for the new operational activities in the GCC;
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights regarding financial and operations performance to identify areas for improvement / best practice;
- Provide recommendation to the GCC Director to continuously improve the financial and operational performance and performance steering;
- Develop ad-hoc financial and operations reports;
- Perform any other duties assigned by the hierarchy.
- Requirements :
- At least 3 years in accounting dpt., with exposure till the month end processes
- At least 3 years in controlling, working with cost centers, cost allocation and building budgets
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)- medium level
- English- C1
