This role can be based out of our Christchurch or Dunedin office,  or an AON branch location across the South Island.

This role will see you responsible for the development and growth of new business across our North Island location. You will own and create opportunities for growth, cross functional sales and relationships.

• Manage key business and customer relationships, and negotiation of potential business opportunities.
• Consult and collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client and prospects needs
• Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promote the value Aon delivers to clients and prospects

You will have the opportunity to collaborate, engage and consult across all of Aon’s specialty areas while looking at growth opportunities across our clients. You will come from a strong commercial or corporate sales environment with a focus on new business development and strategic growth.

• Strong ability to engage, prospect and negotiate with Senior Level partners and build strategic relationships
• Experience in insurance or financial sales is ideal
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with a strong level of confidence in your presentation skills
• The ability to travel as required and hold a current Full New Zealand Drivers licence.
