We at Propportunity are a spin-off from Crowdhouse's technology department with 55 employees. Together, we have built the most successful real estate platform (SaaS) for the purchase and sale of investment properties in Switzerland.

Our mission is to develop a software suite for conducting secure and efficient international real estate transactions.

We have just started a new business model within our 8 year old scale up (Crowdhouse) that so far has done CHF 2 billion in real estate transactions. Both the business model (franchising) as well as the step to move abroad into Europe, together make this a unique and very entrepreneurial venture within an established company that has the means to make an impact, and the people to learn from. Your Team:

As a Business Development Associate, you gain massive exposure within the company, the DACH real estate industry, and beyond. You will have the opportunity to learn the processes of identifying, reaching out to, and securing new international partners. You will be part of a dynamic team of two, collaborating closely with an experienced professional. This will provide you with a chance to develop valuable skills in business development, customer acquisition, and gain insights into the intricacies of the real estate and prop tech industry.



Your Position

  • Identification of leads (online lead research and lead qualification)

  • Outbound contact with potential prospects (via phone, email)

  • Systematic and continuous management of the lead pipeline

  • Supporting our Business Developer with product presentations in German and English

  • Administrative support for our Business Developer

  • Further development of our product presentations and sales processes

Your experience

  • Ongoing or completed BSc in Business Administration, with a specialization in sales, real estate, banking, finance, marketing, or a related field

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in business

  • Fluent in German or English, with strong skills in the other language

  • Not scared to pick up the phone and build new relationships

  • Happy to do the more boring work as well (lead research, XLS, CRM, etc)

  • Exact and precise in your work

  • Open-minded, friendly, and sociable personality with a quick grasp of concepts

  • Basic understanding of financial and investment products is a plus
