BUSINESS ANALYST - STANDARDS AND TRANSFORMATION in GCC Bucharest

What you do

• Taking over responsibility for ongoing or new projects related to SAP Harmonization
• This includes changes related to processes as well to system usage / setup.
• Align initiatives with various stakeholders (functions / regions) and ensure timely and accurate communication
• Consider local requirements
• Close collaboration with colleagues from GOC and other projects
• Use group tools (e.g. JIRA) and apply processes for initiating changes
• Provide regular status report incl. progress, issues, risks and facilitate mitigation actions
• Ensure that initiatives are aligned with Simplifi project and other ongoing initiatives
• Review possibilities for further improving / harmonizing the setup of systems and processes.
• Support CoA, Master Data and Data Quality function in daily operational business

What you bring

'Educational requirements

* Bachelor degree and/or Masters Degree in the Financial field

Functional knowledge:

* Fully computer literate, advanced Excel and SAP usage

* Working structured and well organized

* Good communication skills

* Good knowledge in English.

Business expertise:

* Experience of financial accounitng processes and setup

* Extended experience in Finance functions

* Accounting experience of 3 years or more.

Interpersonal Skills

* Self-motivated with ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines

* Customer focused and team player.

* Extended problem solving skills (analysis, decision, communication, autonomy)
