Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer vacancy requiring profound Insurance knowledge as well as Fluent in French & English for a globally operating Vaud based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Collecting and understanding user needs
- Participating in and coordinating the various parties involved
- Identifying and evaluating possible solutions
- Supporting, analyzing, and estimating business requirements
- Formulating functional and non-functional requirements
- Translating business requirements into system requirements, considering economic, organizational, and technical conditions
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IT and project management
- Solid background in the Non-Life insurance sector
- IREB Certification
- Higher professional education or University degree in business economics, economic analysis or information systems
- Language skills: French and English – fluent in written and spoken

- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
