Jobdescription

To help our global client to improve their business and reporting processes, our client is looking for a Business Analyst to work on site in Valais, Switzerland.

With a proven background in Business Analysis, specifically working with Power BI or SAP BW, you will:

Translate data into breakthrough initiatives proposal using existing governance model.

Identifie when performance may not align with business objectives and acts as a key communication link between all layers seeking effective solutions to resolve or escalate.

Leads or participates in multiple complex initiatives simultaneously to successful conclusion.

Acts as a change leader by visibly demonstrating public commitment to change, and aligning and helping others embrace change.

You will be required to:

Produce and Manage Dashboard and KPI's, and connect multiple source of data using Power BI, SAP BW, and others tools and publish reports and KPI's.

Gather business requirements/needs via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements to work with development teams.

Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability and define reports and alerts for the governance model and report performance.

Assist with the interpretation of requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders and then create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to all stakeholders and development teams.

You will have the ability to connect and steer stakeholders and drive business performance understanding and analysis and provide coaching where required.

A skilled communicator, you will work to the highest standards of governance, processes and compliance and ensure all your projects follow the same regime.

Working on site 3 days a week, you will be fluent in English and available to work in Switzerland immediately, to priority will be given to candidates already based in Switzerland or from the EU with an availability to start in August.
