In your role as Business Analyst for Special Initiatives in the Global Wealth Management (WM) division, we offer an exciting and challenging position in which you coordinate and take responsibility for the end-to-end execution of the processing of client reimbursements on a global scale. You will support the team lead to drive this groupwide initiative using a wide range of business management and leadership skills. You will collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Relationship Managers, Operations & Finance specialists) to ensure success of quarterly reimbursements. Using your analytical thinking and competence in processing large datasets with MS Excel, you will prepare and execute central manual and automated bookings through multiple payment workflows. Simultaneously you will engage with relevant stakeholders across the bank to understand the control documentation and operating effectiveness standards. You will work with functional teams to align to those standards. If required, you resolve any issues/differences and provide guidance on the control requirements, share best practices and drive remediation action where necessary. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders from various divisions and functions globally. You will have constant contact with experts and senior leaders, giving you an opportunity to get key insights into the organization and providing an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network within the bank.

You Offer
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a global banking environment.
- Strong preference for persons with experience as business analyst, data analyst, operations/middle office SME, private banking, or business management officer.
- Ability to apply excellent conceptual, analytical, and structured thinking to solving problems and execution of technical tasks, e.g., variance analysis, reconciliation and merging data sets, payments analysis, etc.
- Undivided attention to detail and meticulous execution of tasks, management of project deliverables and QA requirements, maintenance of documentation and repositories.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, project management skills, and pragmatic implementation capabilities enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and understandable way to other team members and stakeholders.
- Microsoft application advanced user skills with strong focus on Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Working knowledge of Phyton would be an advantage.
- Open minded, independent, strong interpersonal and soft skills and real team worker with a sense of humor and client service attitude.
