Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team for the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) project. This hybrid role, based in Geneva, requires an advanced understanding of Atlassian Jira Service Management (JiraSM). You will work closely with various business units and external technical teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure the successful implementation of service management solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

    • Interview, analyze, and discuss business process requirements with all stakeholders.

    • Collect and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of the JiraSM SaaS (Atlassian Cloud) platform.

    • Develop and document clear, detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

  • Service Management Implementation:

    • Break down identified use cases into workflows, UI elements, service desk, and service catalog components.

    • Propose configurations of the JiraSM SaaS product that align with business needs without conflicting with other business units.

    • Collaborate with the ESM Platform Owner and Project Manager to develop and articulate a delivery plan.

  • Project Support & Validation:

    • Drive the validation of implementations using use cases and acceptance tests.

    • Assist in the follow-up and implementation of the ESM project, including setting up a roadmap, milestones, and timelines.

    • Actively participate in weekly update sessions and other relevant project meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Required:

    • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Jira Service Management (JiraSM) and its application in Enterprise Service Management projects.

    • Proven experience in gathering user requirements and creating service management use cases.

    • Ability to break down use cases into workflows, UI elements, service desk, and service catalog components.

  • Desirable:

    • Awareness of UX considerations in JiraSM implementations.

    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience working in agile environments.
