- Recognition, interpretation and elimination of deviations
- Execution of production steps incl. recording and calculations
- Support in training of new team members
Key requirements:
- Completed chemical / biopharmaceutical education
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technician
- Safety-conscious work
- Knowledge of process engineering
- Fluent English
- German language skills advantageous
- Willingness to work in shifts (e.g. 4-shift pattern) with flexible work scheduling
