Bilingual Marketing & Strategic Account Manager, Japan Global Solutions (U.S. National)

As a part of Aon’s Japan Global Solutions (JGS), you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovate and effective services and solutions. You will closely work with leadership team and colleagues to deliver more values to external and internal clients.

This is a remote role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office anywhere in the U.S. and requires travel for marketing & account management.

• Strategic account advisory and relationship management for selected large/complex Japanese multinational accounts in U.S.
• Development and execution of marketing strategy. 
• Develop business with existing and new clients in lieu of delivering best of Aon.
• Work with account service team, you will work with Aon’s Account Executives and team to grow relationships with our clients (e.g. CEO, CFO & Finance Manager for Risk) and deliver more values.
• Partner with practice & geographical office leadership team, develop and implement marketing strategies regionally and nationally.
• Work with Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, Health and Retirement leaders & colleagues to better understand challenges of clients and use that information to explore potential solutions.
• Network with internal & external leaders/professionals across the U.S. to strengthen the value proposition of Japan Global Solutions.

Japan Global Solutions is a team of professionals dedicated to serving the unique needs of Japanese multinational corporations.  We have extensive working relationships with Japanese companies throughout the world, and we use our global network and purchasing power to provide clients with the best fit solutions.

• Bilingual in business level Japanese and English, both spoken and written.

• 5+ years of account management, marketing, consulting and/or sales background.

• Client facing role experience in Japanese corporate business segment.

• Strong interpersonal skill and oral and written communication skill including business writing.

• Must hold state insurance licenses in Property & Casualty or obtain licenses within a reasonable period time.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary.  The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
