Berufsbildner/in für Poly- und Produktionsmechaniker EFZ 100% (m/w/d)
Standort: Raron (VS)
Vertragsart: unbefristet
Vertragsstart: per 1.August oder nach Vereinbarung
DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:
- fachliches Betreuen und ausbilden der Lernenden
- Planen und durchführen von Lehrgängen, praktischen Übungen und Schulungen
- Entwickeln und aktualisieren von Ausbildungsplänen und -materialien
- Überwachen der Ausbildungsfortschritts und regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche mit den Lernenden
- Aktives zusammenarbeiten mit Berufsschulen und anderen Ausbildungsinstitutionen
- Unterstützen bei der Rekrutierung neuer Lernender

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:
- Freude, Lernende in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung zielorientiert zu fördern
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ oder eines verwandten Berufs mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Fachkompetenzen in den Bereichen CNC- und maschineller Fertigungstechnik
- Motiviert, neue Technologien einzuführen und Veränderungen voranzutreiben
- Du begegnest Deinen Mitmenschen mit Wertschätzung, Einfühlungsvermögen und auf Augenhöhe.
- Auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf
- Fähigkeit dich auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten einzustellen
- Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
- Idealerweise hast Du die Weiterbildung als Berufsbildner/in (SVEB 1) absolviert oder bist motiviert, diese in Angriff zu nehmen.
