The main office in Basel works in tandem with studios in Berlin and Munich, Paris, London, Hong Kong, New York, and San Francisco.
For our office in Basel we are looking for an experienced architect/engineer with a focus on SMEP Coordination to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Profile:
- Professional Master of Science degrees in civil or architectural engineering (with structural focus)
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in structural and MEP coordination, preferably in Highrise projects. Coordinate structural and MEP systems in Highrise buildings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Conduct detailed reviews of structural and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any coordination issues that arise during the different design phases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Independent in coordination and communication with consultants, producers and system suppliers, as well as potential contractors.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD, Rhino combined with a good Revit level
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Good German and very good English language skills are required
