This is a temporary position (100% workload) starting the 1st of September 2024 (flexible) and ending the 31st of March 2025.

Your Mission:
* Processing, confirmation and matching of transactions
* Investigating and resolving processing exceptions for non-standard or special operations (bonds, money market, FX, and derivative instruments)
* Investigating and resolving confirmation breaks and settlement failures together with the front office, custodians and customers
* Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of confirmations, settlements and payments
* Ensuring settlement instructions are kept up to date
* Creating, checking and maintaining bond definitions in the trading system
* Documenting processes and procedures as the need arises
* Acting as the main point of contact for internal customers with regards to certain activities
Your profile:
* Previous experience in Back or Middle Office in a financial institution
* Knowledge of financial instruments (bonds, FX, fixed income, money market, derivative instruments)
* General understanding and interest in IT and new technologies
* Familiarity with SWIFT messaging formats and/or Bloomberg
* Ability to be flexible, cooperative and a team player with customer focus
* Fluency in English
