- Solve challenging questions in sustainability reporting, helping engagement teams and clients navigate evolving regulations and emerging industry standards.
- Review and guide sustainability disclosures, coaching engagement teams on best practices for impactful results.
- Develop and deliver sustainability-focused training materials and events, sharing expertise both internally and externally.
- Create thought leadership materials and practice aids, supporting engagement teams with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Assurance Methodology and Risk Management teams to shape our sustainability assurance offerings and strategy.
Your Skill Set
- Manager or Senior Manager level experience, or with a strong background and ready for promotion to Manager.
- Background in sustainability topics, ideally within financial services, such as Banking or Asset Management.
- Strong client relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Fluent in German and/or English; French language skills is a plus
- Proactive, fast learner with strong communication skills, open to working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
