Associate / Senior Associate Strategic Portfolio Management

Your Impact
- Assist in ensuring that project demands across various teams align with the overall firm strategy, contributing to our growth targets.
- Help in the establishment and maintenance of a strategic project management framework at the firm and Line of Services levels, ensuring that investments are effectively executed.
- Support the systematic gathering, analysis, and reporting of data on resource utilization, project costs, and financial impacts to enhance transparency.
- Contribute to embedding benefit realization as a key design principle across projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assist in defining and documenting clear roles and responsibilities for projects to enhance accountability and governance. ?
Your Skill Set
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, supporting project management initiatives, preferably in a strategic or consulting environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong interest in pursuing certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Effective communication skills and strong ability to document and communicate project plans and responsibilities clearly.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and report on data related to resource utilization and project costs, with a focus on improving transparency.
- Team player with experience in working in cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to support alignment and accountability efforts.
- Fluency in English and ideally in German, any other relevant language (e.g. French) is a plus.
