We're looking for a passionate and experienced Associate Creative Director to guide, inspire and lead the art team in China, to develop fresh and creative digital content, campaign ideas and enhance the team's overall performance.

As the Associate Creative Director, you will:
Drive the creation and implementation of campaign concepts, ensuring they are in line with brand goals;????????????,??????????;
Conduct presentations to clients, articulate creative ideas effectively.???????????,?????????
Team management

- Under the supervision of the Group Creative Director, lead a design team of 8-10 people, manage tasks and resource allocation;??????????,??8-10??????,?????????;
- Lead important pitches and oversee key client's retainer content;?????????????????;
- Guide team members on daily output as well as provide mentorship for their career growth;???????????,????????????????;
- Build a trusted relationship with the copy and account teams to achieve efficient cross-team collaboration;??????????????,???????????;
- Lead internal brainstorming and review sessions as part of team management responsibilities.??????????,??????????????
REQUIREMENTS
????
- A critical thinker with fresh ideas, able to develop concepts as well as hands-on for delivery????????????,???????,???????
- Excellent team management skills (task management, resource management, team mentorship)?????????(??????????????)
- Chinese native, proficient in English????,??????????
- At least 8-10 years of experience in creative roles at digital-focused agencies, experience in the luxury field is strongly preferred????????????????8-10?,????????????
