Associate Client Executive II, Tax Mid-Market (SUREPREP)
SurePrep provides outsourced tax preparation services for accountants and small business owners across North America. We are seeking a sales professional to join our team of highly skilled professionals as an Associate Client Executive in the Mid-Market segment. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships within your territory, building strong rapport with prospects and clients, selling products, and working with internal teams on deal closing.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Associate Client Executive, you will:
Manage client relationships within assigned territory by providing exceptional service and support throughout the entire client lifecycle
Build strong rapport with prospects and clients through effective communication, relationship building, and understanding their needs and goals
Sell products and services using consultative selling techniques and work with internal teams to close deals
Provide product training and guidance to customers
Work closely with cross functional teams such as finance, operations, and marketing to ensure successful delivery of services
Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or enhancements to existing products
Develop innovation strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Continuously learn and stay up to date on industry best practices, changes in technology, and updates to relevant laws and regulations
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software/technology industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to deliver large group presentations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions
Proven track record of success in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated individual who can work independently but also collaborates well with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of tax preparation processes preferred
