- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Experience in the preparation of sushi and sashimi
- Interest in Japanese culture and Japanese food
- Enjoy working with fresh products
- Reliability and willingness to take responsibility
- Passion and enjoyment of the profession

- Implementation of the modern Japanese restaurant concept
- Support of the Sushi Master in the preparation of sushi and sashimi
- Highest level of guest satisfaction
- Implementation of hotel-specific quality standards, quality management and the Executive Chef's specifications
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (control and execution)
