Assistant & Project Coordinator
On behalf of one of our clients in Morges, we are seeking an Assistant & Project Coordinator 100%
Key Responsibilities:
Assistant Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the schedule of the Senior Director
- Assist the Senior Director during major events across Europe
- Arrange business travel and appointments
- Prepare reports for tracking expenses, invoices, requisition creationand cost center allocations.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices
- Operate within confidentiality, compliance, and legal standards, adhering to company policies
Project Coordination Duties:
- Organize your departementoffsite meetings
- Oversee budget management, ensuring efficient use of allocated funds and monitoring expenses via POs.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to ensure clear and consistent communication within the department and across the European Region
- Manage team meetings, including organization, attendance tracking, and action follow-ups:
- Weekly Team Meetings (Morges)
- Monthly BUD Meetings
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and plans
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate two-way communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 7 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company
- Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and commitment to deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Office software systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Fluency in English and French
