Responsibilities

  • Training Coordination & Administration: Manage participants and trainers, handle questions, evaluate feedback, negotiate with training venues (including budget and contracts), provide technical support for virtual trainings, and organize materials.
  • Recruitment Administration: Support the recruitment process with scheduling interviews and acting as the main point of contact for candidates.
  • Additional Tasks: Manage digital content on internal platforms like the intranet and e-learning tools.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a team assistant or in customer relations.
  • HR experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You are comfortable with modern IT tools (e.g., Menti, Miro Board, CMS systems) and eager to learn new ones.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented, hands-on mentality, and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Office 360 (including MS Teams, OneNote, Forms, Whiteboard).
  • Experience with Workday (learning, talent, recruiting modules) or other HR systems is an advantage.
