- Independent management of the sales areas including sales figures, orders and success factors
- Processing reservations, extra orders, returns, checkout processes and customer complaints

- Enjoy working with people and initial counselling experience (e.g. through an internship)
- Fast, careful and conscientious way of working with high quality standards

- Communicative personality and openness to new ideas
