Analyst - Corporate Development

If you're an analytical mind who has a strong continuous improvement mindset and experience in corporate development- this could be the role for you:
Here's what you'll do:
- Active involvement in the review and development of short & long-term strategy at the site by developing robust financial models to support the priorities of the business
- Develop go to market models and strategic business plans
- Support M&A and investor related activities
- Manage key stakeholders and own entire workstreams
- Work closely with the finance function to align investor business models with financial forecasts
- Develop business cases and support global company expansion
This is what you'll need:
- Undergraduate or master’s degree or have 1 – 3 years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree. Outstanding record of academic achievement and MBA a plus
- Management consulting experience or investment bank in top tier institution (minimum 2 years)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Ability to turn numbers into coherent top executive presentations
- Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- Proficient in English
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Proactive and self-directed (able to work under little supervision)
