We are looking for an Assistant to work in job sharing with the Executive Assistant for the Head of SIX Digital Exchange. The workload is 20% (Friday), vacations and absences must be covered.

- supportthe management team of SDX in their daily business as well as personal matters (calendar, emails, expenses and etc.)
- perform a bridging function between SIX and SDX in co-operation with PMO
- planand prepareinternal and external workshops, meetings and events
- organise business trips and conferences (including flights, hotels, transfers etc.) in line with company guidelines
- collate supporting documents for scheduled meetings, ensuring they are received in a timely manner
- office Management (Contract Management etc.)
- minimum 3 years of experience working as an Assistant in an international company with senior executives
- experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
- service-oriented, reliable, proactive as well as an excellent team player and used to work independently
- highly trustworthy, loyal person who can communicate effectively and is used to interacting with senior executives and industry contacts
- excellent communication, networking and organisational skills
- fluent in English and German (both verbal and writing)
