Administrative Assistant
We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join an international organization as anAdministrative Assistant.
Mission- Coordinate crisis management procedures
- Monitor incoming staff communications and liaise with all second level response areas to resolve evolving issues
- Provide support for document and database management and the preparation of necessary reports
- Support the Senior Advisor with travel planning, event planning and management, procurement and recruitment.
- Support the Executive Assistant in the event of a particularly heavy workload or as a back-up during periods of leave
- Perform other related duties as required
Profile
- Excellent command of written and spoken English andFrench
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications and the Internet
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and a capacity to present data advanced knowledge of Excel and a capacity to present data
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment
