Administrative Assistant III
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant III for a medical technology company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, and is passionate about supporting a team to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
- Set up and maintain files; arrange meetings and conferences.
- Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
- Administer interdepartment or interunit programs or processes.
- Coordinate travel and submit expenses.
- Provide assistance and training to other employees within the job area.
- Support special projects or assignments.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of nonroutine clerical and administrative tasks.
- Ability to make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to obtain and provide information on matters of moderate importance to the job area.
- Experience in providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
