Administrative Assistant vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the agricultural sector.
Your tasks:
- Performing a variety of administrative functions
- Scheduling appointments and providing information to callers
- Composing memos, transcribing notes, and conducting research for presentations
- Generating reports and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
- Assisting in compiling and developing the annual budget
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field
- Ability to work under general supervision and exercise judgment
- Degree of creativity and latitude
- Language skills: English and German fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage appointments
