Admin/Training Coordinator

Active Languages Geneva, a private language school specializing in corporate language training since 1986, is seeking a dedicated Admin/Training Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our school.

Position Details:

- Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 to 17:00

- Location: Active Languages, BVD Georges Favon 14, 1204 Geneva

NB: The position is 25% time

Requirements:

- Fluency in both English and French

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Main Responsibilities:

- Performing administrative tasks

- Managing emails

- Onboarding and offboarding new hires

- Preparing attendance sheets for new classes

- Cross-checking monthly teacher salaries

- Coordinating with our admin team

- Filing banking documents and general filing tasks

- Ensuring office supplies are ordered

- Keeping our two teaching rooms tidy

Key Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
