EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working with an international real estate business in its search for a German-speaking Accounting Business Analyst to join the team on a 9-month contract.
Duties of the Accounting Business Analyst (Real Estate) will include:
Candidate requirements:
- Recording of processes in the real estate/banking environment
- Analysis of accounting, master data, invoice payment processing, financial statement
- Identifying issues, opportunities, and skill gaps, and defining future requirements
- Evaluate and Implement Solutions: Assess options with experts, plan and oversee implementation, ensure system integration, and support data migration
- Using SQL for data migration, including testing and defining technical procedures
- Available immediately - aiming for an October start
- Fluent in German is a must, (Swiss German is a plus!)
- Strong experience in a finance-focused role, with experience dealing with major banks
- Experience in the real estate industry is a huge asset
