Account Executive (Switzerland or Germany)

Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Midsize & Enterprise sector
Your tasks & responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition: Lead the charge in closing deals with new clients. Guide prospects through the sales funnel, demonstrating how our product addresses specific problems and meets their needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and finalizing sales.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales quotas, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Develop existing clients: Work with clients to extend the use of Parashift within their organization
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS product, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process and smooth customer onboarding.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies, especially in a smaller company where roles can be more flexible.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using our CRM system.
Required Qualifications & Expectations
Must
- Experience and network in the capture industry
- Very quick comprehension, fast, accurate and eloquent communicator
- High work ethics
- Be able to work fast and accurately under all sorts of pressure
- Fluent in English and German
- CRM directed, disciplined work-style
- Clean criminal record
- Proven track record of delivering sales results
Advantage
- Experience in HubSpot
- Fluent in French
- Experience in selling to regulated companies such as banks and insurance companies
- Understanding Enterprise Software Cloud Products and its dynamics
- Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS business development
