For our client, an internationally operating company that develops groundbreaking technologies in medical applications, we are looking for a committed personality in the Lucerne and Zug area as:
1st Level Supporter (60-100%, m/f/d)
For an exciting, temporary position until the end of the year with the prospect of a permanent position to support the international IT team at the locations in Baar, ZG and Root, LU.
Your interesting field of activity includes, among other things:
- Support of "on-site" technology support, including desktop, printer and network device support
- Collaboration with external partners for service desk support
- Working closely with the Site Technology Operations team and other departments
- Support with troubleshooting IT systems
- Collaboration on IT projects
You have the following profile for this position:
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a desktop or PC or 1st level supporter in a helpdesk or Windows environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Detail-oriented, organized and independent
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
