Graphic Design Lead
In short
We’re looking for a confident and highly creative leader to join the Graphic Design team at On. As a Lead, you’ll have exceptional design skills and bring a deep design thinking mindset. You’ll guide other team members, provide regular open feedback and be a strong team player.
As a designer, you’ll love fine details, have impeccable typographic standards and seek consistent, high quality and cohesive applications of our brand. Long term thinking comes naturally to you and you proactively plan ahead.
You’ll be plugged into all things design, culture and understand the relevance and importance of all generations. Reporting to the Graphic Design Senior Lead, this is a fast paced, highly collaborative and creative role, integral to how we should up as an holistic global brand.
Your Mission
- Create a powerful, dynamic partnership with wider stakeholders and peers both in the marketing team and other functions across the organization.
- Able to take direct reports, mentor team members and inspire
- Lead by example, contributing to and driving our company culture to help build a creative, trusting, empowered team
- Encourage continuous learning and exploration of new design principles and ways of working
