Business Controller (f/m/d)

- Key sparring partner to the business unit- and segment-management, with shared responsibility for the financial management and commercial development
- Provide relevant business information and analysis, and develop and implement concrete actions
- Preparing business plans, multi-year plans and forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from Product Management, R&D, Sales and other areas.
- Proactively identify business risks and opportunities and develop and implement appropriate solutions
- Participate in global projects
This is you
- University/FH degree (Bachelor / Master) in business administration, economics or finance; certified expert in accounting and controlling, chartered accountant/certified auditor or comparable education with focus on accounting and controlling
- Several years of professional experience (4-6 years) in an international technology / software company
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to react quickly to changing conditions
- High motivation and commitment to continuously look for improvement opportunities and to develop and implement innovative approaches to optimise business processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), OneStream, Essbase, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce.com
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
