As the Senior Manager of Market Access for the Oncology pipeleine, you’ll be a pivotal player in crafting and implementing global market access strategies for an innovative oncology pipeline, ensuring products deliver maximum value to patients and healthcare stakeholders. This role demands strategic insight, deep technical knowledge, and a collaborative spirit to support reimbursement efforts across diverse markets.
Your Responsibilities
– Strategic Market Access Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overarching program goals to maximize value and access.
– Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with Real-World Evidence (RWE) leads to design evidence-generation plans that highlight clinical, economic, and humanistic product benefits. Support value proposition enhancement for in-line products.
– Global Market Access Tools: Create and update tools such as global value dossiers to secure pricing and reimbursement in key markets.
– Localized Differentiation: Tailor global value stories to fit local healthcare contexts, empowering affiliates to adapt strategies and demonstrate product value.
– Affiliate Support: Assist country affiliates with reimbursement negotiations, integrating their specific needs into global strategies and providing tools like negotiation workshops and training.
What You Bring
– Educational Background: Advanced degree in science, economics, or a related field
– Industry Expertise: At least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3+ years in European market access.
– Global Knowledge Demonstrated experience in pricing and reimbursement in Europe and other global regions, with expertise in at least one “Big 5” market
– Therapeutic Insight: A strong understanding of the Solid Tumor or breast cancer landscape is highly desirable.
