Schedule: 6 months starting July/August 2024, with a possibility of extension to a full-time position

Holidays: 25 paid holidays/year

Location: Kemptthal (Zurich), Switzerland or hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage various aspects of the customer implementation projects based on the project scope, deadlines, and product requirements
• Track, monitor, and report project risks, progress and deliverables
• Prepare and adjust documentation required for the implementation (e.g. SOPs, DNA marking instructions, sampling instructions and accompanying sheets)
• Prepare shipments (incl. shipment documentation) of the marker formulation
• Interact with the customer’s project team to exchange information required to fulfil project deliverables
• Process incoming customer samples (log, photograph, forward to the laboratory team) and prepare certificates of analysis
• Support senior project managers with other project management and operational tasks
• Help the Haelixa team in delivering a great product!

Your profile:

• Passionate about working in a start-up
• BSc or MSc degree in natural science, textiles or engineering
• Very well organised and with a sense of accountability and attention to details
• Strong team player attributes
• Comfortable in working independently and capable of self-direction
• Flexibility and energy to work in a high-speed and high-intensity environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in project management is a plus
• Experience with customer communication is a plus
