As a team member of Liquid & Powder Technologies (LPT) in our Competence Development & Training Department at GEA you would explore all aspects of an international company. You are a part of a global team with employees who love their job. You will be part of the LPT Academy and will be involved in training and development of projects. This position can be located anywhere in the world.
Your tasks:
Manages team of learning development specialists in developing programs for Division specific trainings (didactic and methodologies, media, blended learning, learning objectives for target groups, portfolio management…).
Account, project and stakeholder management for the creation and maintenance of the skill matrix/learning pyramids/Learning Products for the identified target groups within the division.
Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learning paths, learning products and needed infrastructure for their area of responsibility.
Together with the stakeholders analyze design and develop and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and in line with GEA Academy standards and processes.
Minimum HBO/Bachelor degree (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology ) or background with experience in training.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry (HR, Business Education/Development).
Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices.
Excellent communication skills in dealing with international teams.
Very good knowledge of English. Additional language a benefit.
Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility.
Knowledge of and experience in project management: being able to lead projects independently.
Curiosity, ability to learn and enthusiasm.
