As the first point of contact at reception and on the phone of our headquarter in Pully, you represent our company.
- Welcoming and supporting our customers, colleagues, candidates or suppliers during office hours
- Management of various activities linked to the reception, including :
- Answer, filter and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate colleague in Switzerland
- Entry badges preparation and distribution
- Issue train tickets for our employees
- Manage our external parking places for visitors
- Ensure proper dispatching of postal deliveries (letters and IT equipment)
- Coffee sale to employees
- Support our administrative colleagues during vacation period (e.g.: offer / contract handling, events organized in our HQ, document archiving)

Your profile
- Successfully worked at the reception of large international companies. A minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience in the hospitality sector would be a plus.
- Warm personality with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet, reliable, proactive, flexible and a good team player
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written) is a must, German knowledge is an advantage
