• Develop and implement an innovative Quality Management strategy across all TFM units
• Create and implement a forward-looking innovation roadmap that aligns with industry trends and Lufthansa Group’s needs
• Lead relationships with key regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance while setting new standards
• Oversee groundbreaking programs that push TFM boundaries
• Design and implement a robust and unified quality system across all TFM units
• Manage innovation projects, lead interdisciplinary teams and report outcomes to senior management
• Champion a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within TFM
• Connect people from all LHG airlines and support and implement the “connecting the dots” culture within TFM

Join Lufthansa Group TFM. You will work closely with various departments and regulatory authorities to develop and implement innovative solutions that fits our needs. You will lead a dynamic team and actively shape the future of Technical Fleet Management at the Lufthansa Group.

• University degree in engineering, economics or law
• Extensive experience in commercial aviation with expertise of its core industry processes, particularly in aircraft TFM
• Many years of professional experience in aviation law, innovation management, project management
• Passionate team player with an integrative personality and strong people skills
• Strong negotiation skills with external providers and authorities
• Keen understanding of industry trends and research, with the ability to turn insights into innovative solutions that meet customer needs and industry challenges
• Several years of experience in process management within large multinational organizations
• Strong innovative mindset and deep understanding of creativity and design thinking principles
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills with focus on implementation
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, resilient, and confident in managing and resolving conflicts effectively
• Business fluent in English
