In the Industrial X-Ray Modules division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.

What you will do: 

• Conduct and document tests for X-Ray components and modules, including mini and microfocus modules
• Integrate, verify, and validate new components, and support product modifications from requirements engineering through to production introduction
• Develop, optimize, and automate test setups, test equipment, and processes
• Analyze results and data in close collaboration with the product development team
• Communicate and collaborate constructively with internal and external partners
  

What you bring:

• Degree in Experimental Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in developing or characterizing complex devices (mechanics, electronics, software)
• Programming and/or automation skills, ideally with Python and Pytest
• Experience in X-ray physics, high-voltage technology, and vacuum technology is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness, interdisciplinary and analytical systems thinking, combined with an agile working style
• Fluent in German and English skills, both written and spoken
