Your responsibilities:

• You report directly to Co-Founders & CEOs and support them and the management in project management as well as in the day-to-day business
• You have a diverse range of tasks and work on your projects in different areas of the company (marketing, sales, internationalization, HR, operations)
• You support the development and optimization of internal processes and structures
• You support the HR department in recruitment administration
• You lead your projects in marketing and business development
• You create market and competition analyses as well as management and investor reports
• You take over the preparation of decision documents for the management by structured gathering and preparation of information

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will be responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities for Acquify – the all-in-one suite for deal management. You will have ownership from ideation through to pilot customer acquisition, taking an active role in shaping the future strategic direction of the company. You will work together with the CEO and sales experts to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for target markets.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends
• Assist in identifying and generating leads through various channels
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for gut geregelt – the digital pension suite. Together with the founders, you will have an outsized impact, shaping the company through your experience and efforts in generating pipeline.

As Business Development Manager, you will manage sales activities for pension solutions in Switzerland, developing and executing on strategies for delivering on company goals while building long-term, valuable relationships with our key clients and strategic partners.

Your responsibilities:

• Source potential clients and strategic partners
• Co-develop and execute sales plans in order to achieve company goals
• Build your own pipeline and close deals
• Support the CEO in preparing presentations and other sales materials

In deiner Rolle bist du entscheidend, um das Unternehmenswachstum voranzutreiben und unsere Position in der M&A-Branche zu festigen.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Produkt-Market-Fit finden: Durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, dem betascale-C-Suite und deinem Entwicklungsteam wirst du die Produkt-Vision und -Roadmap vorantreiben und sicherstellen, dass wir Product-Market-Fit finden und weitere Innovationen in den Markt bringen.
• Ausbau von Sales: Du bist als Late-Co-Founder & CEO massgeblich an der Optimierung unserer Vertriebsstrategie beteiligt, um die Pipeline zu vergrössern und den Verkaufsprozess zu optimieren.
• Aufbau Organisation: Du wirst dafür verantwortlich sein, dass das Unternehmen für zukünftiges Wachstum gerüstet ist, indem du effiziente Strukturen und Prozesse implementierst. Zudem wirst du die strategische Planung und Umsetzung unserer Personalstrategie leiten, um das richtige Talent für unser Team zu gewinnen und zu binden.

Dein Profil:

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Lead in einer ähnlichen Führungsposition: Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position, vorzugsweise im Startup-Kontext, und hast nachweislich Erfolge in der Skalierung von Unternehmen erzielt.
• Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit: Du bringst strategisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit mit, klare Entscheidungen zu treffen, die das Unternehmen voranbringen.
• Führungs- und Teammanagement-Skills: Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation funktionsübergreifender Teams an verschiedenen Standorten.
