Business Analyst & Project Manager (PMO)

• Independently lead key PMO projects and strategic initiatives to support the innovation goals of the CTO area.
• Optimize and design project management methods and processes, create procedures, and train various stakeholder groups in best practices.
• Ensure data integrity across the tool landscape, particularly in SAP, and guarantee compliance and consistent data maintenance.
• Analyze complex data and create powerful dashboards (Pivot, Python, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making at a strategic level.
• Automate and optimize processes using Python, Power Query, and API integration to drive efficiency gains in the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Foster collaboration across teams and locations while maximizing synergy potential within the Project Management Office (PMO).

• A university degree (ETH/Uni/FH), preferably in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a PMO, Project Manager, or in a similar role with profound knowledge of modern project management tools.
• Strong ability to analyze, understand, and visualize large datasets, transforming them into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, tailored to various audiences, including top management.
• A team-oriented, service-minded, proactive, and independent personality with a focus on the bigger picture and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in German and English (B2-C1) in both written and spoken communication.
