The main responsibility of Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain (MLS) is to ensure a smooth supply chain for Bühler and our customers - in the regions for the regions. Our 29 factories worldwide follow the BPS Bühler Production System with its Total Synchro principles and SQCDP targets, and each factory in our network has a clearly defined focus. The Global Category Manager for Automation and Electronics is responsible for leading the global strategy and portfolio management for automation and electronic components. This in-cludes developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies, managing supplier relation-ships, and driving innovation in automation and electronics to achieve global procurement objec-tives in the areas of sustainability, quality, cost, delivery, and network.
