- Planning and management of the segment-oriented offer design
- Driving the roadmap and sales planning process in collaboration with Sales & Digital Business
- Owning the innovation process, starting with the identification of opportunities in the market through to the launch of offerings
- Leading cross-functional projects in relation to product definition and development
- Calculation of new customer offers (promotions and devices)
- Overall responsibility for KPI tracking within the team
- Regular market observation and derivation of measures in this regard
- University or university of applied sciences degree, higher technical college
- Experience in product management or sales, ideally in the telecommunications, IT/Internet or related services sectors
- Strengths in strategic marketing planning and coordination of marketing measures
- Strong creativity with regard to product development
- Flair for figures and data-based management
- High affinity for digital marketing
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
