What you move

• Support for several activities in the areas of Employer Branding, University marketing & Recruiting
• Organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. university fairs)
• Participation in the recruitment process (pre-selection, interview organization, candidate management)
• Insights into other projects and topics relating to the HR lifecycle

What you bring along

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or almost graduated with a focus in HR, marketing, psychology or economics
• First professional experience in HR/marketing is a plus, independent and structured way of working
• Communicative and creative personality who shows initiative and is strong in implementation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
