We are hiring a dedicated new colleague interested in working within a corporate group with activities in Europe, the UK and North America. The activities include investments in constructions, real estate, (renewable) energy, private equity and liquid assets. This role involves providing support in the areas of accounting, controlling and reporting with the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and to gain valuable insights into the wealth management sector.
Responsibilities:
- Financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable including invoicing
- Review and post expenses and credit card statements, as well as bank transactions
- Master data maintenance and document filing, including digital archiving
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Providing Treasury support in liquidity management and planning
- Providing analysis support on the reporting of our investments
- Support in internal projects and ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed Studies in Accounting, Finance (Masters) or initial experience in accounting and/or controlling within an international environment
- Familiarity with Swiss accounting and reporting standards is a plus
- Reliable and committed to deliver high quality results
- IT savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. Knowledge of accounting software Abacus is a plus
- Good knowledge of English (corporate language) and German
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
