For the development and expansion in German-Speaking Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Commercial Broker.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on commercial assets
- Sourcing of sales and active search mandates for investment properties
- Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentations
- Project management across entire real estate project cycle
- Market, location analysis of properties and property portfolios
- Advice and consult on project developments for real estate
- Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer
- Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events
- Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of economics, finance, architecture, engineering or similar
- You have 2-5 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate brokerage and transaction management
- You are an effective networker and bring along a broad preexisting professional network in the real estate industry
- You are structured, have an eye for details and can think in a networked way
- You are an excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible
