We are looking for a Residential Property Assistant (m/f/d) (6 Month Term Contract) for our Integrated Facilities Management business line In Geneva
What this job involves
- Experience in residential property management
- Coordinating maintenance and facilities management
- Managing inventories and move-in/move-out processes
- Liaising with landlords, estate agents, and housing administrations
- Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and property furnishing
- Familiarity with Corrigo or similar systems for service delivery management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Oversee reactive and planned maintenance, soft FM, and building works
- Manage established services and coordinate with supply chain
- Ensure accurate data management in JLL systems
- Handle invoicing, rent, and utilities management
- Conduct quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clients, service teams, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Your Profil
- Maintain composure and communicate effectively under pressure.
- Make decisive, actionable decisions while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Balance commercial and client needs with a focus on high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
- Fluent speaker in English and French
- Good knowledge of MS Office and systems management software
- Knowledge of Tenancy agreement
