For the central Cosmetics finance department in Arlesheim, we are looking for a young, dynamic, and numerate person with immediate effect in the position of
Your role:
- Track financial performance of Weleda’s subsidiaries
- Prepare and discuss monthly performance reports for the Cosmetics area with the Head of Finance Cosmetics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for the Cosmetics Business and continuously improve controlling tools
- Support the Head of Finance Cosmetics in day-to-day business needs
- Serve as a business partner for the Research & Development and Quality department, running all FP&A activities with full responsibility
- Support the Business Partner for Group Marketing & Digital Commerce in FP&A activities
- Assist the Head of Finance Cosmetics in tracking the achievements of long-term goals for the commercial area
- Collaborate in business cases as needed
Your profile:
- At least bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business controlling or finance
- Good knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a keen interest in the business
- Independent and precise worker with a quick grasp and the drive to proactively tackle new topics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solution-oriented thinking and action
- Independent action and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident and reliable demeanor, with a self-reliant and structured working method
- Value teamwork and enjoy contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment
- Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with BI, and experience with SAP are a plus
