Network/Voice- Security Network Engineer – Genève
Challenges
Be part of the Network and Security team, in charge of the Network activities at global level for the group.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the life cycle of voice environment (CUCM, Agile, NICE Voice Recording solutions…)
- Manage the life cycle of network environment (LAN/MAN/WAN/Wifi…)
- Manage Voice/Network and Incident queue and ensure these are resolved in due time (monitoring, investigation, resolution, follow-up)
- Manage Voice/Network request queue and ensure these are resolved in due time
- Ensure inventory updates, capacity planning, KPI tracking
- Work with the team on all infrastructurre project where network/security is needed
- Help Project Management Office team in their projects for all network/voice related topics
- Work with external vendor within incident/project/BAU (Service provider, Carriers, Telco...)
- Be part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7)
- Willing to perform task out of office hours on the production environement
Education
- Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience working within a voice/network and operation team.
- Experience in Voice (VoIP, Cisco CUCM, Nice Recording ...).
- Good knowlege and experience in network and security.
- Experience in private banking: Optional
Language
- French: Mother Tongue
- English: Fluent
